Core i7 の Branch Target Buffer (BTB) の詳細が知りたい

Intel Core i7 (Nehalem) の BTB のサイズが知りたいのだが、L2 BTB という情報は載っているものの肝心のエントリ数が分からない。1. の資料では L1 BTB が 256〜512 エントリで L2 BTB が 2K〜8K エントリではという予測が載っているが、本当のところどうなのだろう？
3. の資料だと Pentium4 で 4K エントリとあるので、Core 系がそれよりも少ないことはないと思うが。
